1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking details.
Note: For Digital Products, delivery is instantaneous via instant download link upon successful checkout.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, European Union, and select international destinations.

3. Order Tracking
When your physical order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to become available on the carrier system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TrendlyCraft is not responsible for any customs duties, import tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date at support@trendlycraft.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to issue a replacement or refund promptly.
